The machine uses electromagnetic vibration device to count drugs. When the bottle isn’t placed at the discharge port, the counting plate does not rotate. When the bottle is placed at the discharge port, the motor drives the plate to rotate so that the drugs can enter into the bottle automatically. It is convenient and quick to replace the counting plates of different specifications and models without any other adjustment.
It has the advantages of small volume, light weight, low noise, accurate counting, simple operation and simple maintenance.

三,Operation
1. Connect the power supply, turn on the power switch and make the power light on.
2. Adjust the vibration adjusting switch to the appropriate position to make the electromagnetic vibration reach the appropriate intensity;
3. Turn on the motor switch of the counting plate and adjust the speed control knob of the plate to make the rotating speed of the turntable reach the appropriate speed; if the plate does not stop when the speed is slowed down, the delay time of the delay device behind will be lengthened; if the plate stops twice when the speed is increased, the delay time of the later delayer will be shortened. If it works properly, it doesn't have to be adjusted.
4. Put in appropriate amount of capsules (tablets), and check that there are capsules (tablets) in each number of holes before bottling;
5.When bottling, put the bottle at the outlet of capsule (tablet), gently touch the microswitch with finger or bottle mouth, and the counting plate will start to rotate, so that all capsules (tablets) fall into the bottle, and the counting plate will automatically stop rotating, and the bottle filling is completed.
Notes: after all the capsules (tablets) fall down, the counting holes stay at the lowest position, and the other section can not reach the discharge port. At this time, you can check whether the other section has capsules (tablets). If there are less capsules, fill them manually.
6. Then change a bottle, touch the microswitch gently, and the plate starts to rotate again. All the capsules (tablets) in a group of holes above the hopper fall into the bottle. In this way, the charge is repeated continuously.
